Chocolate Drive
As outlined in the last newsletter the P&F are again running a Chocolate drive to raise funds for the purchase of classroom and playground resources at both campuses. Forms will go home for the 2019 chocolate drive this week. Order your boxes, donate or opt out on the skoolbag app by Wednesday 26 June 2019. For those familiar with the Cadbury Fundraiser you will note that for 2019 there have been price and product changes, these changes are outlined on the form. In the past this has been a well supported fundraiser for the school so please consider supporting us again by selling the chocolates within your family networks or family workplaces or community groups.
Class Catch ups
Thank you to the wonderful class representatives, there have been some well attended catch ups held or booked in for this term. Its a great opportunity to meet up with other parents to get to know them and have an uninterrupted conversation with the bonus of an outing!
SJMS Major Fundraiser 2019
This term we had the initial planning meeting for the 2019 SJMS major fundraiser, we are in the process of finalising dates and a venue so we will keep you posted. Community events like these take a combined effort to make sure they are a success, we appreciate any assistance or offer to support this important event. Soon you will see flyers and call outs as we are seeking to utilise connections and create networks as well as the volunteering of time, please get in touch with us if you have any donations, ideas or networks to share with us. We are going to be commencing the Sponsorship drive in the local area at the commencement of term three, when we have a date booked in.
