The Enrolment Process

The enrolment process:

  1. Complete an Enrolment Application Form
  2. Submit the form at the front office or via email
  3. Include with your application the following documents:
    • Birth Certificate or Passport
    • Current Immunisation History Statement (downloaded from MyGov within the last 4 weeks)
    • Visa (if relevant)
    • Baptism certificate
    • Any other supporting documents

After changes to the South Australian Public Health Act 2011 (the Act), children are not able to be enrolled in or attend early childhood services unless all immunisation requirements are met (No Jab, No Play). Click here to read more.
