Dear Parents and Caregivers

Congratulations to Alicia, Giada, Lucy, Charlotte K and Mary. The five girls celebrated the sacrament of First Communion on Sunday. We also congratulate both Justin and Alvin who will receive the sacrament this Sunday. Congratulations all. Those families interested in participating in the Sacramental Program should make contact with Mrs Vassallo-Wakefield to discuss and plan dates.

Dear Parents and Caregivers

As we come to the end of the term, I reflect on the busyness of things. We will be ¾ of the way through the year when we go on holidays at the end of this week. How quickly time flies and I am reminded that sometimes, I forget to take time out to reflect on things and pray to God. Do I forget to connect with God? Do I reflect at the end of the day on the God moments of my day?

The 2019 SJMS Quiz Night!!

The annual SJMS Quiz Night is fast approaching. Join us on Saturday 26 October for lots of fun and laughs! Please buy tickets for this wonderful community event via QKR or from either front office; it’s shaping up to be a great night with some wonderful items up for offer. We would like to thank the school community for the wonderful support with the Crazy Hair hamper donation day last Friday. We are once again amazed at the generosity that was shown.

On Friday 20 September the SJMS students enjoyed attending school in casual clothes and with 'crazy hair'!! Thank you to everyone for your support and donations towards the 2019 Quiz Night. Thank you to all the students who joined the fun and created some amazing hairstyles!!

Catholic Police Check Application Forms are available from either school office.

Please note - there are many times throughout the school year where visitors are required to have a current Catholic Police Check (parents/caregivers attending excursions, reading in class, helping in class, attending community events).

This process ensures we maintain a child safe environment. To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to apply for a Catholic Police Check through either school office.
